2. Digital products

We sell downloadable digital content. No physical goods are shipped. Each product description specifies the files included, formats, compatibility requirements, permitted use and any download restrictions. Check these details before ordering.

3. Prices and payment

Our base currency is USD. Displayed prices include applicable VAT. The final tax-inclusive amount is shown at checkout and may change when you confirm your billing location or select another currency. When you select another supported currency, review the currency and final amount shown at checkout before placing your order. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own charges. The seller is registered for VAT and the EU VAT OSS scheme. Applicable taxes depend on the transaction and customer location.

4. Orders and immediate delivery

By placing an order, you undertake to pay the amount displayed at checkout. Provide accurate contact and billing information. Files are made available electronically immediately after payment is successfully confirmed. Some payment methods take additional time to confirm. An order confirmation and download information are sent to the email address supplied with the order. Contact us promptly if you cannot access your purchase.

5. Licence and intellectual property

Your purchase grants the rights stated in the product licence; it does not transfer copyright. Commercial use, editing, redistribution and resale are permitted only as expressly allowed by that licence. Contact us before ordering if any permission is unclear.

6. Withdrawal and change-of-mind refunds

We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or exchanges for digital content that has been supplied. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Where applicable law provides a withdrawal right, immediate supply can remove that right only when the legal requirements are met. For paid digital content, we must obtain your prior express consent to immediate supply during the withdrawal period and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once the content has been supplied, and provide the required confirmation on a durable medium. Acceptance of these general terms alone does not constitute that separate consent. If those conditions are not met, statutory withdrawal rights remain available.

7. Faulty content and complaints

If a file is missing, damaged, inaccessible or does not conform to its description, contact info@okazora.eu with your order number, product name and details of the issue. We will investigate and provide any remedy required by applicable law, including correction, replacement, a price reduction or a refund where appropriate. Our no-change-of-mind policy does not exclude these rights.

8. Refunds

Any refund due is made through the original payment method unless another method is agreed without additional cost to you. Statutory deadlines apply. See our Refund and Returns Policy for withdrawal instructions.

9. Personal data

We process information needed to handle orders, deliver files, provide support and meet legal obligations. See our Privacy Policy for further information and your rights.

10. Applicable rights and changes

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer protections or statutory remedies, including protections that apply in your country of residence. The version presented when you order applies to that purchase. Changes apply to future purchases.
