What will I receive?
Our artwork products are digital downloads, not physical prints. Each product page explains the included file, its format, dimensions, background and size. Unless the page explicitly says otherwise, one artwork is one product.
How do I download my purchase?
After successful payment, use the download link supplied with your order. Check your confirmation email and your account, if you created one. If a link does not work, contact us with your order number. See our download help for more details.
Can I use an image in my business?
Choose a license that covers the planned use. Personal is for private, non-commercial projects. Commercial and Extended cover different business uses and limits. Print-on-Demand requires the separately offered POD license. Read the complete license guide before buying.
Can I sell or share the original file?
No. The license options do not permit resale, redistribution or sharing of the source files. They are non-exclusive licenses, not a transfer of copyright.
Are all PNG files transparent?
No. PNG can contain either an opaque or transparent background. Check the product’s file specifications; they state which background the original file contains.
What size can I print?
Print size depends on the pixel dimensions, desired print resolution and print provider. Divide the pixel dimensions by the required pixels per inch to estimate the output size in inches. Always check your printer’s requirements and inspect a proof.
Which currency will I pay in?
Our base prices are in USD. Where local currency pricing is offered, the selected currency and final total are shown at checkout. Review the total and any applicable tax before placing your order.
What if something is wrong with the file?
Contact info@okazora.eu with your order number and a description of the problem. Our refund policy explains digital delivery, withdrawal and your rights concerning faulty or non-conforming content.
