Digital delivery

All products sold by Emaga Digital Studio are digital files. Access is provided immediately after successful payment confirmation. No physical item is shipped or returned.

Change-of-mind returns

We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds or exchanges after digital content has been supplied. This policy does not affect mandatory consumer rights.

Your statutory withdrawal right

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, the usual EU withdrawal period for digital content is 14 days from conclusion of the contract.

For immediate supply of paid digital content, loss of this right requires your prior express consent to supply during the withdrawal period, your acknowledgement that the right is lost once the content has been supplied, and the required contract confirmation on a durable medium. Acceptance of general terms or the fact that a product is downloadable does not replace those conditions. If the conditions are not met, statutory withdrawal rights remain available.

Faulty, missing or incorrect content

Contact info@okazora.eu if a file is damaged, cannot be accessed, is missing or does not match its description. Include your order number, product name and a description of the problem. We will investigate and provide the remedies required by applicable law, which may include restoring access, correction, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. These rights are not excluded by our change-of-mind policy.

How to withdraw or make a complaint

Email info@okazora.eu or write to our correspondence address: Okazora Sp. z o.o., Broniewskiego 11, 75-526 Koszalin, Poland. Clearly identify your order and requested remedy. For assistance, call +48 535 063 195.

You may use the following withdrawal statement, but it is not compulsory: “I hereby notify you that I withdraw from my contract for [digital content and order number], ordered on [date]. Consumer name: [name]. Consumer address: [address]. Date: [date].” Sign only if submitting on paper.

Refund processing

Refunds due are made using the original payment method unless another method is agreed without additional cost to you. For a valid statutory withdrawal, reimbursement is made without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving notice, subject to applicable law. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the funds.
