Artwork License Guide

License version ART-2026-09-07. Effective for purchases made under this version.

This guide applies to individual artwork and illustration files sold by Emaga Digital Studio, operated by Okazora Sp. z o.o., Partyzantów 17/116, 75-411 Koszalin, Poland, VAT ID PL6692593544. Contact: info@okazora.eu. It does not apply to e-books, publications, fonts or other products unless expressly stated on the product page.

Choose a license for your project

One purchase covers one artwork and one individual or legal entity. Each option is a complete license, not an add-on. Prices are shown on the product page. Purchasing a file does not transfer ownership of intellectual property or grant exclusive rights.

Personal

Use the artwork for your own non-commercial projects, home decoration and personal gifts. You may print it for yourself and make gifts that are not sold. You may not sell products made with it, use it for a business or distribute the digital file.

Commercial — up to 500 end products

Use the artwork in your own business marketing and in up to 500 sold or distributed end products in total per artwork. For products offered for sale, combine the artwork with your own meaningful design elements. Merely resizing, recoloring or adding a simple border does not create a new design. Digital end products must be flattened and must not allow the artwork to be extracted or reused as a standalone asset. Standalone artwork resale and print-on-demand production are excluded.

Extended — up to 10,000 end products

Includes Commercial uses with a total limit of 10,000 end products per artwork. You may also sell finished physical art prints featuring the artwork as the main design, provided you arrange conventional production and do not use a print-on-demand workflow. Digital source-file resale and print-on-demand production remain excluded.

Print-on-Demand — up to 1,000 physical items

Use the artwork on up to 1,000 physical items produced after individual orders, including through a fulfillment provider or POD marketplace. You may use it as the main design, including on posters, clothing, mugs and other physical merchandise. This license also permits your own marketing of those items and Personal use. It does not include the separate Commercial or Extended allowances.

You may upload the production file privately to a POD provider solely to manufacture your licensed products. Do not place it in a public design library or allow customers or other sellers to download, extract or reuse it. A marketplace must not receive rights beyond those needed to produce, display and fulfill your licensed listings. You remain responsible for compliance by your production providers.

Limits and permitted modifications

Unit limits are cumulative across all your designs, sales channels, countries and production providers using the same purchased artwork. A unit means one finished physical item or one delivered digital end-product copy; free promotional copies count. Business advertising impressions do not count as units. Buying the same license again does not automatically increase a limit. Contact us before exceeding it or to request an upgrade; the new allowance must be confirmed in writing.

You may crop, resize, recolor and incorporate the artwork into permitted designs. Modifications do not remove these restrictions. Licenses are worldwide, non-exclusive and have no scheduled expiry for permitted uses. Employees and contractors may access the file only as needed to work for the licensed entity; they may not reuse it for themselves or other clients. A client needing independent reuse rights must obtain a separate license.

Restrictions that apply to every option

• Do not sell, share, give away or sublicense the source artwork, including as clipart, a stock asset, an editable template, a digital bundle or a downloadable replacement for the original.
• Do not claim exclusive ownership, register the artwork itself as a trademark, or imply endorsement by a depicted person.
• Do not use the file to train or fine-tune an AI model, or offer it as an NFT or tokenized asset.
• Do not use it unlawfully. No trademark, publicity, personality or other third-party rights are granted beyond rights we can lawfully license.

Delivery and support

These are digital files; no physical item is shipped. The product page identifies the file format, pixel dimensions and other relevant specifications. Download access is provided after payment confirmation. Keep your order confirmation as evidence of the license selected.

Where applicable law permits, immediate digital delivery begins only after your express consent and acknowledgment of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right when performance begins. This does not limit statutory remedies for faulty or non-conforming content, or other mandatory consumer rights.
