Your files, delivered online
Emaga Digital Studio sells digital products. No physical item is shipped. Check each product description for included files, formats, software requirements, licence terms and download limits.
Accessing your purchase
Your files become available immediately after successful payment confirmation. On the order confirmation page, find Downloads and select the file name to save it to your device. You can also use the download links in your order email. If you purchased while signed in, open My account → Downloads. Some payment methods take longer to confirm.
Missing download email?
Check your spam folder and the email address used at checkout. If your files are still missing, email info@okazora.eu with your order number and product name.
Opening and printing files
Save files to your device before opening them. Extract ZIP files first and use software compatible with the listed formats. Large downloads may work better on a computer with a stable internet connection. Not every file is editable. Follow the recommended print size and settings; printed colours can vary with your screen, printer and paper.
Download problems
If a link expires or a file cannot be opened, contact info@okazora.eu or call +48 535 063 195. Include the order number, file name and error message. Never send passwords or full card details.
Licence and refunds
Follow the licence supplied with your product. For artwork, read our Artwork License Guide. Your order confirmation records the selected licence and its terms. Copyright is not transferred with the purchase. We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns after supply; your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. See the Refund and Returns Policy for details.
